7. The Legacy Center
The Legacy Center in East Point is a 2.6 acre venue with a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces. With on-site parking and 20,000 square feet of indoor space, this is a spacious and accessible location.
Moreover, The Legacy Center was funded by (and was the first acquisition of) The Tulsa Real Estate Fund, the first 100% Black-owned Tier 2 Real Estate Crowd Fund in Atlanta. 10. Constellations
Nestled in the Auburn Avenue neighborhood of Downtown Atlanta, Constellations is an event venue with astronomical-inspired charm. Built in 1910, the building was designed by renowned Atlanta architect Neel Reid. During the 60s, the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee – led by future Congressman John Lewis – had its offices located here.

Historic Venues with Architectural Interest
11. Callanwolde Fine Arts Center
Located in Atlanta’s Druid Hills neighborhood, Callanwolde is a historic mansion, arts organization, and unique event venue.
Callanwolde was home to the family of Charles Howard Candler from 1920 until 1959. Known as Howard, he was the oldest son of Asa Griggs Candler, the pharmacist who purchased the rights to Coca-Cola’s formula in 1891. Howard also served as President of The Coca-Cola Company.
The mansion was built between 1917 and 1921; its website notes that it is “considered a severe and modern approach to the late Gothic Revival style of architecture.”
This 27,000 square foot estate is the perfect backdrop for an impressive event with dramatic flair. At Callanwolde, you’ll find walnut floors and paneling and a grand staircase framed by a limestone archway leading to a grand hall. Additionally, sprawling, scenic gardens surround the mansion.

12. SCAD Ivy Hall
Owned and operated by the Savannah College of Art and Design, Ivy Hall is a stunning venue for intimate events.
This Midtown Atlanta spot was designed by noted architect Gottfried L. Norrman in 1883. Today, Ivy Hall’s website notes that it remains “the best and earliest surviving example of residential architecture from Atlanta’s post-Civil War era.” Meticulous and thoughtful renovations by SCAD’s team have ensured that the home is preserved for generations to come.

13. Terminus 330
Terminus 330 is a downtown Atlanta venue that was built in the early 1900s. Offering full service corporate events, this spot is filled with historical charm.
